After so many years of collecting and storing Christmas ornaments and decorations, I have yet to find a way to organize them successfully. For all of these years I’ve just wrapped them in newspaper or tissue paper and put the ornaments in cardboard boxes, and more recently in the plastic storage bins. That works OK, but you can’t see what you have so every year you have to pull everything out and sort through it. This week’s Home Matters Party #214 theme is Christmas decoration storage ideas, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to update our storage and organization. #ChristmasDecorationStorageIdeas #HM214 #Christmas #decoration #storage #HomeMattersParty
I’ve always been one to use whatever is at hand (which is why for all these years the Christmas ornaments and other decorations ended up in cardboard boxes!), but now that there are so many great options for storage and organization, I decided to be extravagant (!) and find a few things that are actually designed specifically for storing Christmas “stuff.” Here’s what I found . . . I’ll be buying a few of these very soon!
I hope you can join us for this week’s Home Matters Linky Party – it’s a fun place to link up, meet other bloggers, and discover a world of creative inspiration along the way. Hope to see you there!
