Can you believe that the Fourth of July is next week?!?! Seems like it was just spring the other day and now we are already in the middle of summer. That might be because, for me, I’ve been rather overwhelmed with “LIFE” since early April . . . so I feel like I missed spring altogether. So many demands on my time and energy, so many people who needed my attention, so many end-of-school-year activities, graduation events, college prep, yard and garden projects – all while we passed around the annual flu, cough, colds, and bronchitis from one family member to another. And a couple of them got that stuff twice! Everyone seems to be on the road to being healthy again, but now, here it is, the middle of summer. I guess I better slow down and enjoy the months of July and August, because it will then be time for back-to-school craziness.
This week I found so many amazing blog posts with summer creative inspiration that I had a hard time choosing just a few. I finally narrowed it down to six to feature, but please know that you all have great blog posts each week that you share with us. I’ll try to visit as many of you as I can this week, now that things seem to be gradually moving out of the realm of “utter chaos” to “relative peace and quiet.” We’ll see how long that lasts!
Here are the blog posts that I wanted to feature this week . . . I hope you visit some of these bloggers, and as many other bloggers as you can, and let them know that Vintage Mama sent you!

A note about the new link up format:
You may have noticed that several link party hosts are now using a new version of the link up that looks a little different than before. If this is your first time linking up to the new format, you may be prompted to register your email to create an account. This is the same as before when you entered your email each time you linked up with the old format. You do not have to have a personal inlinkz account or membership to link up, everything is the same as with the previous link up procedure. After your first time linking up you will not need to create an account each time and you will just be able to link up. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to ask!
