Even though it is still rather gray and gloomy outside my office window, and there is snow in the weather forecast, the arrival of March always gives me a renewed sense of hope and anticipation for the arrival of spring. The other day it was warm enough to get outside and do a little work in the flower gardens and clean up our front porch. I am really looking forward to spring this year!
The month of February was challenging because of the annual visit from The Flu, but fortunately for our family, it wasn’t as bad as other people had it from what I’ve heard, but it was enough that it really slowed me down for a couple of weeks. Now that I’m back to work, and finally getting caught up on a lot of different projects, I’m thinking of all the spring projects I want to do.
I hope that you are looking forward to spring, too, and that you will truly enjoy the month of March. And please stop back often to visit me here at Vintage Mama’s Cottage because I’m planning lots of fun, creative ideas to share with you every week! See you soon,
Hi! My name is Nina and I truly am a “vintage mama!” My four older children are all grown-up with children of their own (so I’m also a grandma of many!) and we are currently raising our two teen-age daughters, Gracie and Annie. I am a writer, editor, teacher, designer, and creator of baby and children’s clothing, as well as refashioned garments and accessories for women. Here at Vintage Mama’s Cottage you will discover creative inspiration for your home and family.
